WE are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, advertisements, branding materials, and other client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design principles, branding, typography, colour combinations, and social media trends. The candidate should also be able to handle multiple client projects and complete designs within the given deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design creative posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

- Create social media posters, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and campaign materials.

- Design Google Ads, Meta Ads, display banners, and other digital advertising creatives.

- Create website banners, landing page graphics, icons, and other web-related visual assets.

- Develop branding materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, presentations, posters, and marketing collateral.

- Understand client requirements and convert ideas or briefs into visually appealing designs.

- Work closely with the Social Media, SEO, Web Development, Content, and Marketing teams.

- Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines across all designs.

- Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and formats.

- Make design corrections and revisions based on client or internal team feedback.

- Research current social media trends, competitor designs, and creative concepts.

- Manage multiple design tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.

- Maintain organised folders and source files for completed projects.

- Ensure all designs are high quality and ready for digital or print use.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.





- Knowledge of Canva and other modern design tools.

- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to create attractive and professional social media creatives.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

- Good attention to detail and creativity.

- Ability to understand briefs and work independently.

- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

- Ability to accept feedback and make revisions quickly.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.

- Basic video editing or motion graphics experience.

- Experience designing Meta Ads and Google Ads creatives.

- Knowledge of AI-assisted creative/design tools will be an added advantage.

- Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.

- Candidates with strong portfolios and relevant practical experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experience

Freshers with a strong portfolio and good design skills can also apply.
