Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our range of PEB materials, including deck sheets, purlins, roofing sheets, and related steel building accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing customer relationships, and expanding our dealer network.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, and market research.
- Requirement Analysis: Engage with clients (builders, contractors, structural consultants, and architects) to deeply understand their technical and project requirements.
- Quotation & Conversion: Prepare accurate commercial quotes, present proposals, negotiate terms, and aggressively follow up to convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Dealer Network Management: Appoint, develop, and maintain a robust network of dealers and distributors to increase retail market penetration.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands to report back to management.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:



1 to 5 years of proven sales experience in steel building products, PEB materials, roofing sheets, purlins, or deck sheets.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the PEB/structural steel industry and hands-on experience working with a dealer/distributor sales network.
- Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read basic technical requirements or bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Strong follow-up skills and persistence.
- Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and be willing to travel extensively for client meetings and market visits.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
