Candidate should have hands-on experience with the following technical stack: • Core Automation Tools: Playwright and Selenium • Mobile Testing: Appium • API Testing: RestAssured, Postman, or similar API automation frameworks Define and implement enterprise-level test automation strategy and roadmap.
Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API applications. Establish automation standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across projects. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve automation effectiveness. Drive Automation First approach within testing and quality engineering teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, Selenium, Appium, API Automation (Rest Assured/Postman), and up-to-date CI/CD practices. The role requires defining automation strategy, establishing best practices, mentoring teams, and driving automation excellence across web, mobile, and API testing initiatives.
