Eduworld International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their study-abroad requirements, providing basic information about available opportunities, and generating qualified leads for the counselling team.

Candidates with prior experience in the study-abroad, overseas education, education consultancy, telecalling, or sales industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.

* Understand students' requirements, interests, and study-abroad plans.

* Provide accurate basic information regarding courses, destinations, and available services.

* Schedule appointments for Academic Counsellors.

* Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.





* Coordinate with counsellors and the sales team for effective lead conversion.

* Maintain qualified communication with students and parents.

Requirements

* 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.

* Experience in study abroad/overseas education is preferred.

* Candidates with telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or education consultancy experience may also be considered.

* Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
