We are looking for a responsible and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and manage daily sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and orders.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing.
- Support lead follow-ups and sales conversion.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Positive customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication preferred.
Experience: 2 years Experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
