Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Architect to manage architectural planning, design, renovation, and infrastructure development for our hospital and clinic branches in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for preparing layouts, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring project execution, and ensuring that all facilities meet the required design, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, layouts, elevations, and 3D designs as required.
- Plan and execute new hospital and clinic setups, renovations, and interior modifications.
- Conduct site visits to Chennai branches to inspect ongoing projects and assess infrastructure requirements.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, interior designers, MEP consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality of work.
- Ensure effective space planning for consultation rooms, treatment areas, reception areas, laboratories, offices, and other hospital facilities.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, fire safety requirements, accessibility standards, and healthcare facility guidelines.
- Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), material specifications, and project cost estimates.
- Review contractor quotations, material requirements, and project-related expenses.
- Identify infrastructure issues and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Supervise renovation and maintenance-related projects and ensure timely completion.




- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with management and the administration team regarding project requirements and updates.
- Ensure that all assigned projects meet the organization's quality standards and operational needs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant skilled experience in architecture, construction, interiors, or project execution.
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial, or institutional projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant architectural design software.
- Knowledge of building plans, construction materials, estimation, and site supervision.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
