Position: Project Engineer
Experience: 4–6 Years
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Work Location: Bangalore

Job Purpose

To supervise and coordinate Residential construction projects, ensuring work is completed as per quality, design, schedule, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and other site personnel.
- Check quality of materials and construction work.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Read and understand civil drawings and coordinate execution accordingly.
- Prepare basic material requirements and support project estimation when required.
- Maintain site measurements, records, and daily work updates.




- Have basic knowledge of liaisoning and coordination with local authorities.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Travel/work at company project locations as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Experience in Residential projects is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be responsible, proactive, and capable of independently handling site activities.
