We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Operations Executive to join our food delivery team in Kalaburagi. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, support tickets, and order complaints, ensuring quick resolution and high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will handle daily data entry and operational record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support & Inquiry Resolution: Assist customers and delivery partners via chat, call, or ticketing tools to address order updates, delays, or general inquiries.
- Complaint & Ticket Management: Process and resolve customer complaints, support tickets, and refund/issue requests promptly while maintaining service quality standards.
- Data Entry & Operations Support: Accurately enter and update daily operational data, order records, customer feedback, and ticket resolutions into internal databases/sheets.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate with local restaurant partners and delivery riders to resolve order mismatches, delivery issues,



or dispatch delays in real time.
- Feedback Collection: Track recurring issues and share customer feedback with management to help improve platform service quality in Kalaburagi.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Languages: Fluency in Kannada and English (knowledge of Hindi or local dialects is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, fast typing speed, and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets and web dashboards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, conflict-resolution abilities, and a patient, customer-first attitude.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer support, ticket handling, call centers, or data entry in food delivery or e-commerce is preferred (Freshers with robust communication skills are also encouraged to apply).

Pay: From ₹7,500.00 per month
