Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical sessions as per the Lakmé Academy curriculum.
- Train students in basic to advanced haircutting techniques.
- Teach professional hair styling, blow-drying, ironing, curling and updos.
- Demonstrate hair colouring, highlighting and other chemical services.
- Train students in hair care treatments and scalp analysis.
- Teach shampooing, conditioning and hair maintenance techniques.
- Demonstrate the correct use of qualified salon tools and equipment.
- Explain hair product knowledge and appropriate product usage.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation and safety standards during practical sessions.
- Conduct student assessments and evaluate practical performance.
- Resolve students’ technical doubts and provide individual guidance.
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments.
- Keep training materials, tools and equipment organised.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques and industry practices.
- Develop students’ technical skills and prepare them for professional salon careers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
