Position: Primary Teacher

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, caring, and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our school. The teacher will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, delivering age-appropriate lessons, and supporting the overall academic and personal development of students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the school curriculum.
- Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and other assigned subjects.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Use creative and interactive teaching methods to make learning enjoyable.
- Assess and monitor students’ academic progress and provide timely feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.
- Encourage students to develop good habits, discipline, confidence,



and social skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
- Participate in school activities, events, meetings, and training programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall development of the school.
- Ensure classroom discipline and follow school policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed./equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior experience teaching primary-level students is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid classroom management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital teaching tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
