What are we looking for?

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cluster Manager to lead our Key Alliances department in J&K; Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and alliances, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic alliances, managing relationships with external partners, and driving business growth. The successful candidate will be a team player, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of the banking industry. They will be based in J&K; Bank and will be expected to travel extensively.

What does the job entail?

- Manage and oversee the overall performance of a cluster of branches across the region, ensuring alignment with bank's strategic objectives and policies.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and external agencies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Sales, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Manage and control the cluster's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimal utilization of funds.




- Supervise and mentor a team of branch managers and support staff to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with cluster operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
- Represent the bank at external events and meetings, promoting the bank's brand and services.
