UK Customer Service Associate – Early Morning Shift

Shift Timings (IST):

- 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM / 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM (depending on UK seasonal timings)

Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays per month (based on shift allocation).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to support our UK-based property operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone, managing service-related enquiries and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.

The position combines 70% UK voice-based customer service and 30% administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming calls from UK customers and provide professional assistance.
- Address customer concerns, complaints and general service enquiries.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
- Monitor outstanding customer issues and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update internal systems.
- Assist with email correspondence,



data entry and daily operational reporting.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a UK international customer service voice process; 2 years preferred.
- Excellent English fluency with clear pronunciation and professional telephone etiquette.
- Robust interpersonal skills and ability to manage challenging customer situations.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and customer management systems.
- Comfortable working early morning shifts and scheduled Saturdays.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in UK inbound customer service, property management support or service coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
