- Operate CNC turning machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances
- Carry out basic machine setting, tool offset correction, and tool changes.
- Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.
- Ensure components are produced as per drawing and quality requirements.
- Maintain required production quantity and cycle time.
- Report machine breakdowns, tool wear, quality issues, and other abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Follow work instructions, SOPs, and company quality procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Machinist, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in CNC turning machine operation is preferred.




- Basic knowledge of CNC controls and machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and basic inspection methods.
- Basic understanding of cutting tools, tool wear, speeds, and feeds.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Knowledge of GD&T;

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in CNC turning operations preferred. Fresh ITI candidates with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
