We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive who knows how to communicate, follow up and close deals.

This role is for someone who is confident on calls, fluent in English and Hindi, and has the ability to convince customers professionally.

You will be handling genuine customer enquiries for sportswear and cricket equipment and converting interested leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Speak with customers on calls and WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements
- Recommend suitable products
- Follow up with interested leads
- Handle objections confidently
- Negotiate and close sales
- Maintain customer and lead records
- Update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers

What We Are Looking For

- Minimum 4 years of experience in calling, telesales or sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills
- Good follow-up ability
- Confident in handling customer objections
- Comfortable working with sales targets




- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- CRM/computer knowledge preferred

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Plus performance-based incentives.

Higher compensation can be considered for candidates with strong sales performance and excellent communication skills.
