Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data systems, generating reports, analyzing business trends, and supporting decision-making across departments. You will play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and strategic insight delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from different departments.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards using Advanced Excel.
- Use Pivot Tables,



VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other Excel functions.
- Support report automation using Macros, Power Query, or Power BI.
- Assist in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve them with relevant teams.
- Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of reports and processes.
- Support the MIS Manager in data analysis and process improvement.

Requirements:

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA in Finance.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in MIS , reporting or data management.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
