Job Description

Company is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Career Development Officers / Career Development Executives for its Career Development team.

The role involves counseling prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, recommending suitable executive education programs and converting qualified leads into admissions through consultative sales.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence, sales aptitude and hands-on experience in hardcore outbound / inside sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable education programs.
- Understand prospective learners' career goals and recommend appropriate programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Conduct counseling through phone calls and virtual meetings.
- Explain course structure, fees, eligibility criteria and expected outcomes.
- Follow up consistently with prospective learners.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and learner onboarding.
- Maintain a customer-centric and ethical approach throughout the sales process.
- Meet individual and team admission/revenue targets.

Candidate RequirementsEducation

- HSC candidates can apply.
- Graduate/Postgraduate candidates are preferred.

Experience

- Experience in hardcore outbound sales / inside sales is mandatory.
- Prior EdTech experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates from other industries with strong outbound sales experience may be considered.
- Experience in B2C sales, telesales, inside sales,



education counseling or consultative sales will be an advantage.

Age Criteria

Premium Vertical: Up to 35 years

DLP Vertical: Up to 29–30 years

Important: Final compensation will depend on relevant experience, tenure, current/last drawn salary and the candidate's performance during the selection process.

Important Note

This is a target-driven and high-pressure sales role. Candidates should be comfortable handling daily sales activities, extensive follow-ups, conversion targets and revenue/admission goals.
