Job Summary

Finnovest Research is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Arekere, Bengaluru. The role involves generating leads, connecting with potential clients, explaining our stock market-related products and advisory services, and supporting client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, digital campaigns, and other channels.
- Contact and follow up with potential clients.
- Explain stock market products, advisory plans, and available services clearly.
- Convert interested prospects into clients.
- Maintain and update lead details in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the research and trading team for client updates and support.
- Assist with KYC, payment confirmation, plan activation, and client onboarding.
- Maintain qualified communication and build strong client relationships.
- Work towards assigned business and sales objectives.

Requirements





- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge or interest in the stock market is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM
2 Saturdays: Half day
2 Saturdays: Off
