Job Description:

- Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Provide information regarding banking products/services.
- Maintain good customer experience and call quality.
- Follow banking processes, compliance and company guidelines.
- Meet defined quality and performance targets.

Eligibility:

- Freshers can apply.
- Relevant Voice Process / Customer Service experience preferred.
- Insurance experience preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in English/Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a voice process.

Salary:

- Freshers: ₹23,000 in-hand/month
- Experienced: ₹25,000 in-hand/month
- Insurance experience: Up to ₹35,000 CTC, based on experience/interview.

Preferred Skills: Voice Process, Customer Service, Insurance, BFSI, Banking, Telecalling, Customer Handling.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
