We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy, and passionate individual to join us as a Training & Technical Executive and help us drive the future of education.

As a member of our team, you will be on the front lines—bridging the gap between technology and education by training teachers, setting up interactive panels, and ensuring our smart classroom solutions run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teacher Training & Empowerment: Conduct highly engaging, effective training programs for school teachers, ensuring they can seamlessly integrate eSoul’s Interactive Flat Panels (IFP) and digital content into their daily teaching.
- Technical Installation & Troubleshooting: Assist in the hands-on installation, configuration, and setup of Smart Classroom equipment, interactive panels (IFP), and networking infrastructure.
- System & Hardware Maintenance: Provide first-level troubleshooting, repair, and ongoing maintenance for smart classroom hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Customer Support & Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for schools on any technical queries, ensuring minimal downtime and a smooth user experience.
- Product Demonstrations: Confidently deliver live demonstrations of our products and solutions to school administrators, trustees, and educators.
- Feedback & Enhancement: Collect insights from educators on the ground to share with our product and tech teams to continuously improve our solutions.





Key Requirements:

- Training & Presentation Skills: Proven experience in conducting effective training sessions, workshops, or training programs (specifically targeting teachers or educators is a massive plus).
- Solid Technical Background: Hands-on knowledge of computer systems, hardware, operating systems, and basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers).
- Hardware & Software Expertise: Valuable troubleshooting knowledge of interactive displays, projectors, PCs, and flat panels (IFP).
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is highly desired.
- EdTech Exposure (Plus): Prior experience in the educational technology (EdTech) sector, classroom setups, or dealing with digital education solutions is an advantage.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to various schools across the region for on-site installations, training, and troubleshooting.
