Job Description – Accountant

Position: Accountant
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Have good working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Prepare and enter purchase and sales bills accurately.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries in Tally Prime.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.
- Maintain proper ledger accounts and assist in month-end closing.
- Have good knowledge of GST, including GST-related accounting and compliance work.
- Have working knowledge of TDS, including TDS deductions and related accounting.
- Verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, customers, and other departments regarding accounting matters.
- Assist with preparation of accounting reports and other finance-related work as required.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good knowledge and practical experience in Tally Prime.
- Good experience in Purchase & Sales Bill Entry.
- Practical knowledge of Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Good understanding of GST.
- Basic to good knowledge of TDS.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

The candidate should have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting work, especially Tally Prime, purchase and sales entries, bank reconciliation, GST, and TDS.

Salary: As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
