Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.

- Maintain purchase, sales, brokerage and expense entries.

- Maintain and reconcile party-wise ledgers.

- Regular follow-up and tracking of receivables & payables.

- Prepare daily outstanding and payment reports for management.

- Bank reconciliation and monitoring of banking transactions.

- Reconcile accounts with mills, buyers, suppliers and brokers.

- Verify bills, debit/credit notes and brokerage calculations.

- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting work in coordination with CA.

- Coordinate with purchase, sales, loading and documentation teams for accounting-related matters.

- Identify and immediately report payment delays, ledger differences or accounting discrepancies.

- Maintain proper records and supporting documents for all transactions.

- Assist in monthly closing, P&L;/MIS preparation and audit requirements.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime,



Excel and accounting principles.

- Good understanding of GST & TDS.

- Robust reconciliation and follow-up skills.

- Accuracy, responsibility and confidentiality.

- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate: Stable, mature and responsible person with approximately 6 years of hands-on accounting experience who can independently manage the day-to-day accounts of Maakrupa Canvassing.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹336,000.00 per year
