Job Description: Accounts Manager – Finance, Treasury & International Operations

Role Overview

The ideal candidate should have strong overall accounting knowledge, practical experience with overseas vendors and international transactions, and the ability to independently manage financial operations, deadlines and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Payable & Vendor Management: Manage domestic and overseas vendor invoices, payments, outstanding balances, reconciliations, rebates and reimbursements.
- Banking & Treasury: Handle daily banking operations, cash-flow statements, fund utilisation, bank reconciliations, Cash Credit (CC), Bank Guarantees (BG), SBLCs, term loans and fixed deposits.
- Trade Finance: Manage Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, lodgement, discrepancy resolution and import-related trade finance transactions.
- International Remittances & Forex: Handle overseas payments, forex documentation, Bill of Entry (BOE) settlement and overseas vendor outstanding.
- Insurance Management: Manage corporate and directors' insurance policies, renewals, quotations, negotiations, premium payments, claims and renewal calendars.
- Accounting & Compliance: Maintain accurate accounting records, support GST and TDS compliance, coordinate audits and consultants, and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
- Financial Controls & Reporting: Develop SOPs, payment trackers,



renewal calendars and reporting systems to strengthen internal controls and audit trails.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, HR, banks, overseas vendors, auditors and insurance brokers.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and vendor management.
- Proven experience handling overseas vendors and international remittances.
- Good understanding of end-to-end accounting and banking operations.
- Practical exposure to LC, BG, SBLC, CC, term loans and trade finance.
- Experience in BOE settlement, forex transactions and import documentation.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audits.
- Excellent MS Excel skills and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and ensure timely closure of tasks.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- M.Com, CA Inter, MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in trading, distribution, import/export, manufacturing or equipment businesses.
- Previous experience in Finance Operations, Treasury, Senior Accounts or Finance Manager roles.
- Experience managing corporate insurance policies and renewals.
- Familiarity with Zoho.
- Experience working with international suppliers and banks.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
