Job description for Electronics Shop manager,Role overview,An Electronics Production Manager, specialized in Class3 electronics assemblies in defence sector oversees the end-to-end manufacturing and testing process of mission critical electronic products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on time delivery.This role demands precision, compliance with class 3 standards, IPC specialization knowledge base and cross functional coordination across engineering, quality, design departments to deliver high-reliability products under strict timelines.Key responsibilities,Oversee production of defence-grade electronic systems with end to end responsibility and ensure compliance of defence manufacturing standards.Coordinate with cross functional departments like design, quality, product management,
