Looking for Orchestrator Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Orchestration Execution

Design and implement workflow orchestration engines using Rust and Tokio

Build distributed task scheduling and execution frameworks

Develop stateful and stateless orchestration services for longrunning business processes

Create mechanisms for task retries circuit breakers compensation and rollback handling

Implement eventdriven architectures leveraging message brokers and asynchronous communication patterns

System Architecture

Design scalable faulttolerant microservice architectures

Create orchestration patterns for service coordination and process automation

Develop APIs and SDKs consumed by internal services and automation platforms

Define architecture standards for reliability scalability and lowlatency processing

Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on platform design

Performance Reliability

Optimize asynchronous workloads using Tokio runtime

Improve throughput memory utilization and CPU efficiency

Perform performance profiling and bottleneck analysis

Design highavailability and disaster recovery strategies

Build resilient distributed systems capable of handling largescale concurrent operations

Platform Engineering DevOps

Deploy orchestration services on Kubernetes and cloudnative environments

Implement CICD pipelines and automated release processes

Manage service observability using logging tracing and metrics

Configure monitoring dashboards and proactive ing mechanisms

Participate in production support and incident management activities

Security Governance

Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms

Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards

Develop audit logging and operational governance controls

Conduct code reviews and security assessments

Required Technical Skills

Rust Ecosystem

Strong handson experience with Rust programming language

Deep understanding of ownership borrowing lifetimes traits and async programming
