About the Role

SNTRIX is looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Business Research Analyst to support our business development and marketing initiatives through market research, company research, competitor analysis, and lead identification.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market, industry, and competitor research. Identify and research potential companies, clients, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain accurate prospect and lead databases. Research decision-makers and relevant business contacts.
Collect, organize, and analyze business information using online sources.
Support lead generation and business development activities.
Prepare research reports and summaries based on findings.
Maintain and update data in Excel and Google Sheets.
Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the BDE and marketing teams to support lead-generation strategies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce,



or a related field. Strong research and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to find, verify, and organize information from online sources.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Freshers with good research and analytical abilities are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of B2B lead generation.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and business research tools.
Understanding of market and competitor research. Ability to work with large amounts of information systematically.
