Centerline is looking for a Clinical Nutritionist to support patients undergoing treatment for severe back pain, spine conditions, arthritis, and other joint problems.

Many of our patients have limited mobility, excess weight, or nutritional concerns that can affect their rehabilitation. Your role will be to develop practical nutrition plans that support weight management, muscle preservation, bone health, and the management of inflammation, alongside their clinical treatment.

You will handle patients across all Centerline clinics through in-person and online consultations, structured programs, and regular follow-ups. Patient education, video creation, and online sessions are also part of the role.

Key responsibilities

- Assess patients’ dietary habits, weight history, nutritional needs, medical conditions, mobility limitations, and lifestyle.
- Create personalised diet plans for patients with back pain, disc-related conditions, arthritis, and other musculoskeletal problems.
- Help patients manage excess weight to reduce the load on joints while maintaining adequate nutrition and muscle mass.
- Guide patients towards balanced eating patterns that support metabolic health and inflammation management.
- Address protein intake and nutritional needs relevant to muscle strength, bone health, and rehabilitation.
- Develop achievable plans for patients who find exercise or daily movement difficult because of pain.
- Coordinate with doctors and physiotherapists to align nutrition goals with each patient’s treatment and rehabilitation plan.
- Conduct initial consultations and scheduled follow-ups, both online and in person, across our clinics.
- Actively support adherence through motivation, progress tracking, practical meal guidance, and regular accountability.




- Identify difficulties in following the plan and adapt recommendations to patients’ preferences, family routines, and budgets.
- Track relevant progress, including weight, dietary adherence, and nutritional goals, and maintain clear patient records.
- Develop structured weight management and nutrition support programs for Centerline patients.
- Conduct online educational sessions and create clear, engaging videos on nutrition, weight, joint health, and common food myths.
- Provide evidence-based advice, avoiding restrictive diets, unsupported claims, or promises that nutrition alone can resolve spine and joint conditions.

Qualifications and skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, or a relevant discipline.
- Clinical experience in weight management and counselling patients with chronic health conditions preferred.
- Understanding of nutrition for muscle preservation, bone health, and patients with limited mobility.
- Ability to turn nutritional advice into simple, realistic daily habits.
- Robust counselling, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting online consultations, educational sessions, and speaking on camera.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Ability to coordinate patient care across multiple clinic locations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
