- Lead Follow-ups: Contact new enquiries received through calls, social media, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
- Appointment Bookings: Schedule consultations and treatment appointments based on doctor availability and clinic schedules.
- Patient Follow-ups: Follow up with patients after consultations to understand their concerns and assist with appointment bookings.
- Procedure Follow-ups: Contact patients who have started procedures but have not returned for their next session.
- Inactive Patient Follow-ups: Reach out to patients who have not visited the clinic for more than a month and encourage them to resume their recommended treatments.
- Appointment Reminders: Remind patients about upcoming appointments and confirm their availability to reduce no-shows and cancellations.
- Lead Conversion: Communicate professionally with potential patients, explain available services, and encourage them to book consultations without making misleading claims.
- Patient Feedback: Collect feedback regarding consultations, treatments, and overall patient experience, and escalate complaints to the concerned manager.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of patient calls, enquiries, follow-up dates, appointment status, and conversion details.
- Coordination with Branches: Coordinate with clinic managers, receptionists, and doctors to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and patient communication.
- Daily Reporting: Submit daily reports on calls made, leads contacted, appointments booked, follow-ups completed, and conversions achieved.
- Target Achievement: Work towards assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calling, appointment bookings, patient reactivation, and lead conversion.
- Professional Communication: Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional approach while communicating with every patient.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Valuable communication skills in English and Kannada. Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or healthcare coordination is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, or patient management systems.
- Good convincing, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and maintain accurate records.
- A target-oriented approach with a focus on appointment bookings and patient retention.
- Patience, professionalism, and the ability to handle patient concerns appropriately.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated based on the following:

- Number of calls completed per day.
- Number of new leads contacted and followed up with.
- Number of appointments booked and confirmed.
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rate.
- Number of inactive patients successfully re-engaged.
- Follow-up completion rate for patients who have discontinued their procedures.
- Appointment attendance rate and reduction in no-shows.
- Accuracy of patient records and timely submission of reports.
- Patient feedback and quality of communication.
- Achievement of assigned monthly targets.

- Patient communication must be conducted through clinic-approved contact numbers and channels.
- No false promises, misleading treatment claims, or unauthorised discounts may be communicated to patients.
- Medical queries and treatment-related concerns must be referred to the concerned doctor or qualified medical professional.
- All calls, follow-ups, and appointment updates must be recorded accurately.
- The team must maintain professional communication and adhere to the clinic's policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
