Job Description – Customer Service & Sales Executive
Company: Vodafone Idea (Vi Mini Store)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Promote and sell Vi Postpaid and other telecom products and services.
Generate new customer leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
Support SIM activation, port-in (MNP), and customer onboarding.
Maintain customer records and ensure smooth store operations.
Build valuable relationships with customers and achieve assigned business targets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
