We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing students, handling follow-ups, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and admission procedures.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM software.
- Coordinate with admission counsellors and the sales team.
- Resolve student enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Achieve daily follow-up and monthly conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily performance reports.




- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the admission process.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
