JOB DESCRIPTION – DATA ANALYST
Designation: MIS / Data Analytics
Location: Thane
Experience: 2-5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret business data. The candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, maintaining accurate records, developing dashboards, and providing meaningful insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and maintain data from various departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze business, sales, production, inventory, purchase, and operational data.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Identify trends, variations, errors, and discrepancies in data.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and verification.
- Maintain accurate and updated databases and records.
- Coordinate with various departments for timely collection of required data.
- Develop and improve reporting formats and data analysis processes.
- Use Macro software / Excel Macros to automate repetitive reports and tasks.




- Develop and maintain automated MIS reports using Excel Macros/VBA.
- Provide data-based insights to support business and operational decisions.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information and data.
- Perform other data analysis and reporting activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including:
- Positive knowledge of Macro software / Excel Macros and VBA is required.
- Ability to create and use macros for report automation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/database management will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify problems and discrepancies in data.
- Good reporting and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
