Job Summary

Blue Chip Finance is looking for an experienced **Loan Collection Executive** to manage collections for its **Payday Loan portfolio**. This is a **desk-based role** focused on customer follow-ups, overdue payment recovery, repayment commitments, and achievement of collection targets through calls and digital communication.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in **loan collections/recovery**, preferably in Payday Loans, Personal Loans, Digital Lending, Fintech, or NBFC operations, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle **Payday Loan collections** and follow up with customers for timely repayment of outstanding dues.

- Contact customers through **calls, messages, and other approved communication channels** regarding due and overdue payments.

- Manage assigned overdue accounts and ensure consistent follow-up for recovery.

- Understand reasons for non-payment and effectively communicate repayment obligations to customers.

- Negotiate and obtain **Promise-to-Pay (PTP)** commitments from customers.

- Regularly follow up on PTP cases and take appropriate action on missed commitments.

- Achieve assigned **daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets**.





- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, commitments, payments, and follow-up status in the system.

- Identify difficult or high-risk cases and escalate them to the Collection Manager/Supervisor when required.

- Coordinate with internal teams for payment verification and resolution of customer queries.

- Maintain professional and respectful communication while handling collection calls.

- Follow the company’s collection policies, processes, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

- **Graduate** in any discipline.

- **1–3 years of relevant collection experience**.

- Experience in **Payday Loan / Personal Loan / Digital Lending / NBFC / Fintech collections** preferred.

- **Good communication and negotiation skills**.

- Robust convincing, follow-up, and customer-handling abilities.

- Comfortable working in a **target-driven collection environment**.

- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.

- Ability to maintain accurate collection and customer records.

- **Immediate joiners preferred.**
