Non-IT Recruiter – US Staffing

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various non-IT positions across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who match client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate skills, experience, availability, and interest.
- Communicate job opportunities, job requirements, location, shift, and compensation to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Work on multiple job openings and meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.




- Develop strong candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Follow US staffing recruitment processes, compliance requirements, and client-specific guidelines.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in US Staffing/US Recruitment preferred.
- Experience recruiting for Non-IT positions such as Healthcare, Sales, Administration, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.
- Good understanding of US time zones and US hiring practices.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/CRM, and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
