Pre-Sales Activities
Enquiry / Lead Generation
On time quotation preparation & submission,
Quotation / Offer follow-up / Customer Coordination etc.
Order conversion
Order Execution / Post Sales Activities (Customer
Order verification, Raising PO to principals, Bill Of




Material preparation & procurement, follow-up for
dispatch, communicate to customer on the
delivery date, dispatch documents etc.).
Payment Follow-up
Reporting to Principals & Management
