About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join Simple Energy. The role involves assisting customers in choosing the right electric scooter, explaining product features, arranging test rides, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain Simple Energy electric scooter models, features, advantages, and pricing.
- Conduct and assist with customer test rides.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries through calls and messages.
- Maintain regular communication with potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from enquiry to booking.




- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Interest in sales and the electric vehicle industry.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Previous experience in sales or automobile/EV sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with a strong interest in sales may also apply.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
Additional: Attractive sales incentives based on performance and sales achieved.
