JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR EXECUTIVE – R&D; Product Design – Moulding & Sheet Metal Components

Location: Jalgaon – 1 Position | Mumbai – 1 Position, Maharashtra
Experience: 5–8 Years

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Executive – R&D; will be responsible for product design and development of plastic injection moulded and sheet metal components, with involvement across the complete Current Product Development (NPD) cycle from concept design to mass production.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in product design and development of plastic injection moulded and sheet metal components.
- Experience in New Product Development (NPD) from concept design to mass production.
- Exposure to electrical switchgear, distribution boards, enclosures, wiring devices, automotive, consumer durables, or industrial manufacturing.




- Experience in coordinating with Tool Room, Production, Quality, SCM, and Procurement for product development and design improvements.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including injection moulding, sheet metal fabrication, press tools, bending, punching, welding, powder coating, and assembly.

QUALIFICATION

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Tool Engineering, or equivalent.
- Certification or advanced training in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA, or AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of engineering standards, GD&T;, DFM, DFA, and material selection is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
