SureEvents is a recruitment consultancy providing permanent staffing services across IT and non-IT sectors across major metropolitan cities . We are seeking a recruiter with hands-on recruitment experience to join our all-women team.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks and other recruitment channels.
- Assess candidates’ qualifications, experience and suitability for client requirements.
- Communicate career opportunities clearly and professionally.
- Coordinate the selection process between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Support hiring across multiple positions.





Candidate Requirements

- 6 months to 1.5 years of recruitment experience.
- Recruitment consultancy or staffing experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are preferred.
