TermJobs is an India-first workforce technology startup building a smarter platform for contract and temporary employment. We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to help us build our online presence and grow our candidate community.

Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the founding team on social media, content marketing, SEO, digital campaigns, and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on startup role where you will get the opportunity to take ownership of real marketing projects.

Responsibilities

- Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other social media platforms.
- Write social media posts, captions, blogs, articles, and marketing content.
- Research trends related to jobs, careers, HR technology, staffing, and the future of work.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Assist with SEO, keyword research, and website content.
- Research competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Support campaigns to increase TermJobs' candidate registrations and online visibility.
- Track social media and campaign performance using basic analytics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Use AI tools to support content creation, research, and marketing workflows.
- Experiment with new growth and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements





- Strong interest in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or SEO.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to generate content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Willingness to learn and experiment.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Freshers and students are welcome to apply.

Valuable to Have

- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Experience managing social media pages.
- Canva/design skills.
- Basic video or reel editing skills.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or Google Search Console.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation or research.
