Job Summary

We are looking for a Principal AI/ML Architect with 8–10 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on technical architect with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, cloud platforms, and MLOps/LLMOps.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable AI architectures, developing AI solutions, integrating enterprise systems, troubleshooting production issues, and guiding AI/ML engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures.
- Develop AI/ML solutions using Python, ML frameworks, APIs, and cloud services.
- Design and implement LLM, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build solutions for model training, deployment, inference, evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices including CI/CD, model and prompt versioning, testing, monitoring, and observability.
- Evaluate AI models, frameworks, platforms, and technologies and recommend the right solutions.
- Design integrations between AI services, enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud environments.
- Ensure AI solutions meet requirements for security, privacy, scalability, performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
- Perform hands-on development, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor AI/ML engineering teams.

Required Skills





- 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience with enterprise production implementations.
- Solid Python development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI/LLMs.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases/vector search, prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM evaluation.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong experience with MLOps/LLMOps.
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, containers, APIs, and microservices.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data, data pipelines, and enterprise data platforms.
- Understanding of AI security, Responsible AI, privacy, and enterprise AI governance.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Agentic AI and AI Agents.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience with cloud-native AI/ML services and architecture patterns.
- Experience mentoring AI/ML teams and establishing technical standards.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Architect, not someone limited to high-level architecture. The candidate should be capable of designing, coding, integrating, deploying, troubleshooting, and operationalizing AI/ML solutions while providing strong architectural and technical leadership.
