Job Overview

Gignite Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support high-volume hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates based on role requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to improve interview and joining conversion.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and daily recruitment trackers.
- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.




- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports for management.
- Support employee onboarding and other HR activities when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in bulk or volume hiring is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work with hiring targets and deadlines.
- Comfortable using job portals, MS Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate

A self-motivated, energetic and result-oriented skilled who can independently manage recruitment activities and consistently deliver hiring targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
