Remote CCTV Analyst – India | Full-time, U.S. Retail Company

We are a U.S.-based retail company with several stores in Michigan. We're hiring one or two full-time analysts in India to review our store camera footage and transaction records, find problems, and report them clearly to our management team.

No CCTV or security experience is required. We will train you on our camera system. What we can't train is attention to detail, honesty, and work ethic — that's what we're hiring for.

What you'll do

- Review recorded store footage alongside register data to identify theft, fraud, and policy violations
- Investigate specific incidents at management's request
- Run scheduled spot-checks of store operations against a checklist (ID checks, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, customer wait times)
- Write clear, precise incident reports with timestamps and camera references
- Keep a weekly activity log and flag recurring patterns
- Escalate significant findings promptly

Who we're looking for

- Exceptional attention to detail — you notice what others miss, and you don't stop until you're sure
- Strong work ethic; able to work independently for long stretches without supervision
- Fluent English with strong writing skills — your reports will be read and acted on by U.S. managers
- Honest and discreet; comfortable handling confidential material
- Reliable — you show up on time and reply promptly
- Comfortable reading spreadsheets




- Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection and a quiet workspace

Backgrounds that fit well: audit, quality control, data verification, transcription, research, compliance, BPO quality monitoring — any role where being right about the details mattered.

Compensation and employment

- ₹50,000 per month base salary, plus a performance bonus of up to ₹25,000 per month based on a published scorecard (accuracy, reliability, verified findings)
- Full-time employment through our India employer-of-record partner, with statutory benefits, health insurance, and paid leave
- Equipment provided
- Long-term role; we expect the scope to grow

Confidentiality

The work involves access to security footage. You will sign confidentiality and data-security agreements. Access is view-only, logged, and watermarked; recording or copying footage is prohibited and is grounds for immediate termination. Background verification is required.
