About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Campaign Executive to plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand how to build campaigns that increase reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute social media campaigns from concept to completion.

* Develop campaign ideas, content themes, and posting strategies.

* Create campaign briefs for designers, video editors, and content writers.

* Coordinate with the creative team to produce reels, posts, stories, and other content.

* Manage campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

* Research trends, competitors, and audience behaviour.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

* Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, CTR, and conversions.

* Optimize campaigns based on performance data.

* Work with the sales team to align campaigns with lead-generation and business objectives.

* Maintain content calendars and campaign timelines.

* Stay updated with new social media features, formats, and trends.

Requirements





* 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Management.

* Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

* Strong knowledge of social media content and campaign strategy.

* Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current social media trends.

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
