We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team in the tourism and travel industry.

Work From Home (Remote)

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days

Monday – Saturday

Salary

- Base Pay: ₹12,000/month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹45,000+ per month based on performance

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Guide customers in choosing the right houseboat and tour packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and travel partners.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide excellent support.




- Assist in developing new business opportunities and partnerships.

Qualification

- Any Degree / Any Educational Background

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English (Mandatory)
- Hindi (Preferred)
- Tamil (Preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valuable leadership and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking and responsible attitude
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally

Training

- No prior experience required
- Complete training will be provided
