Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Requirements





- 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English/Tamil is an advantage.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
