Objective:- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and support the sales process

Key Activities:-

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Generate new leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Explain products, pricing, offers, and recommend suitable textile products.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and maintain order documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Accounts for timely order execution.
- Update customers on stock availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer database.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Key Skills Required:-

- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.




- Solid negotiation and convincing ability.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of textile products and sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Good problem-solving, coordination, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Qualification Required:- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Required:- 2–5 years in Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Textile Sales. Experience in the textile industry is preferred.

Location:- Surat.

Expected Salary:- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
