* Role: Structural Design Engineering Manager* Location: L&T Headquarters, Chennai (Manapakkam)## Responsibilities* Structural analysis and design of high-rise buildings.* Design RCC and steel structures using ETABS, PROTECTED, and STAAD.Pro.* Prepare calculations, reports,



and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.* Ensure compliance with IS codes and international standards.* Support project execution and design optimization.* Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.* Ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant international standards.* Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making on complex structural issues.## Requirements* 7 - 15 years of experience in high-rise building design.* Hands-on expertise in ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro.* Strong knowledge of IS codes and international practices.* Experience in handling large projects.Place of work: L&T Headquarters, Chennai
