Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Life Insurance domain knowledge and hands-on experience with the Life Asia tool. The candidate must have expertise in Day 1 (Policy Issuance) and Day 2 (Policy Servicing) processes, along with mandatory team-handling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and manage end-to-end life insurance processes.
- Work on the Life Asia system for policy lifecycle management.
- Handle recent business, policy issuance, servicing, surrender, death claims, maturity, and withdrawal calculations.
- Support product launches and perform testing activities.
- Lead and manage team members while coordinating with stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in the Life Insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience with Life Asia is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Day 1 and Day 2 operations and insurance calculations.
- Team-handling experience is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
