About the Role:

Provide technical assistance to customers through inbound voice calls and resolve their queries professionally. Troubleshoot basic technical issues, ensure excellent customer satisfaction, and maintain clear communication. Freshers are welcome, and complete training will be provided before handling live customer interactions. Candidates must have fluent English and proficiency in any one regional language (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam).

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer support calls through the voice process.




- Resolve customer queries and basic technical issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional communication and document customer interactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support team when required.

Languages Required:

- English (Mandatory)

Any one of the following regional languages (Mandatory):

- Hindi
- Kannada
- Telugu
- Malayalam

Shift Timings:

- Rotational Shifts (Changes every 15 days)
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
