Project-Based Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Industry & Social Impact Practice

Role Brief

Our firm is expanding its project-based advisory network. We are seeking accomplished, veteran industry leaders to join us as Project-Based Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This flexible role is designed for senior professionals who wish to channel their decades of specialized expertise into high-velocity, high-impact consulting engagements. We strongly encourage applications from retired professionals and senior citizens who want to continue driving meaningful change on a project-by-project basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Advisory: Provide deep contextual insights, localized knowledge, and structural industry guidance to case teams designing corporate blueprints or development strategies.
- Hypothesis Validation: Review and stress-test consulting recommendations against ground-level operational realities to ensure high execution success.
- Stakeholder Facilitation: Guide case teams in navigating complex relationships with corporate boards, regulatory bodies, local government administration, NGOs, and community leaders.
- Impact Assessment & Framework Auditing: Advise on the design, deployment, and performance metrics of transformation strategies, corporate policies, and sustainable CSR initiatives.

- Governance, Society & Impact: Government Administration, Education, Sustainability, Public Welfare, CSR & Philanthropy, and the Literary & Creative Arts.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Age & Career Stage: Minimum 35 years of age and upwards. We maintain a solid preference for retired professionals and senior citizens with comprehensive leadership backgrounds.
- Domain Experience: Decades of proven leadership, hands-on execution, or senior advisory experience in any of our core focus industries. A strong affinity for or a track record in Social Causes, Development Societies, and Women & Children Empowerment is highly valued.
- Geographic Focus & Language: Based in or deeply familiar with the socioeconomic and industrial landscape of Kerala. Fluency in the local language and established regional professional networks are strongly preferred.
- Engagement Model: Highly flexible, project-based contracts (ranging from brief expert interviews to multi-month case team advisory assignments).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
