Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including vendor coordination, inventory management, online marketplace listings, sales, and order dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify operations, including product listings and pricing.
- Coordinate with artisans and vendors for procurement, product quality, and payments.
- Maintain inventory, SKU codes, ERP records, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Create product images, banners, and listing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Process orders, manage returns and refunds, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Prepare sales reports, stock reports, and monthly MIS.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
