Salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum

We are hiring an experienced Sourcing Manager – Real Estate for a premium residential real estate project in Alibaug.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate lead generation, client sourcing, broker management, channel partner development, and relationship building, preferably in the premium or luxury residential property segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through digital platforms, networking, references, brokers, and channel partners.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads with timely follow-ups.
- Build relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and prospective property buyers.
- Develop business through networking, personal contacts, and referrals.
- Identify, onboard, and activate recent channel partners and property brokers.
- Maintain relationships with existing brokers and referral partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.




- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and project site visits.
- Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and sourcing targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales or sourcing.
- Experience in premium or luxury residential real estate is preferred.
- Strong HNI/UHNI client-handling experience.
- Existing broker or channel partner network will be an advantage.
- Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid lead-generation and business development abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
